       The car rental process involves four main steps: choosing a vehicle, providing user information, confirming availability, and completing the prepayment. For international customers, document images such as passport and driver’s license must be uploaded at least a day before pickup.

       

     • Documents Required:

       Upload required documents one day before car delivery, and keep them available during the rental period to avoid service interruptions.

       

     • Rental Payment:

       Part of the rental fee is prepaid at reservation. The balance is payable upon delivery in UAE dirhams or dollars. Any additional money transfer fees apply if paid in a different currency.

       

     • Deposit and Settlements:
       

       A deposit is retained to cover potential fines or damages. Renters without deposits must settle charges like tolls, parking, and fines upon return.

       

     • Airport Car Pickup and Return:
       

       Airport pickup is free for rentals over three days. Shorter rentals or nighttime pickup (11 PM – 7 AM) incur an extra charge of approximately 100 dirhams.

       

     • Mobile Internet Requirement:

       Renters must have mobile internet access during pickup and return to facilitate support and avoid delays.

       

     • Vehicle Condition Documentation:

       Take photos and videos of the vehicle at pickup and return, documenting any pre-existing damages and mileage.

        

     • Tolls (Salik):

       Toll charges for highway usage are calculated upon return, costing around 5.25 dirhams per gate, payable in cash.

       

     • Fuel Policy:

       Return the vehicle with the same fuel level it had at pickup. Extra fuel in the tank at return is non-refundable.

       

     • Cleaning Fee:

       A cleaning fee may apply if the car is returned dirtier than when it was delivered. Smoking fines start at 1,000 dirhams, and deodorizing costs may apply for smoke odors.

       

     • Traffic Fines:

       Observe all local traffic laws to avoid fines, which are payable in cash at vehicle return. Familiarize yourself with UAE driving rules.

       

     • Insurance and Accidents:

       In case of an accident, call the police immediately. If not at fault, insurance will cover damages without additional charges. Keep a police report or photos for documentation.

       

     • Airport Parking:

       Airport parking fees are the renter’s responsibility, beginning at 30 dirhams for the first half hour, with an additional 10 dirhams per half-hour.

       

    

   • Extension of Reservation:

     Extensions are available up to 24 hours before return time through your profile. Last-minute requests may not be possible if the vehicle is already reserved.

     

   • Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Coverage:

     If CDW is purchased, the renter’s liability for damage is reduced. Note, CDW doesn’t cover lost keys, tire, or interior damages. Compliance with all terms is required.

     

   • Complaints and Support:

     For complaints or assistance, visit the support request page to submit a ticket for prompt resolution.
